Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical training courses for dealer service technicians, field personnel, and internal staff.
• Collaborate with development groups to create high-quality training support materials for current products.
• Maintain and manage equipment inventory to support service training needs effectively.
• Ensure training courses adhere to department guidelines, including pre/post-testing and standard evaluations.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and equipment for both onsite and offsite training sessions.
• Support technical support and technical publications areas as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 8+ years, OR High School Diploma with 10+ years of technical/training experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Technical experience in diagnostics of mechanical, electrical (12- or 24-volt DC), and fluid power systems (hydraulic/pneumatic).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in training tools and computer applications.
• Willingness to travel to offsite locations for approximately 25% of the time.
