Technical Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complex technical problems through to resolution
• Collaborate with the team to define work scope, plan requirements, identify risks, and estimate testing times
• Ensure clear communication of progress and present status and results in various forums
• Define and monitor testing activities
• Analyze data in Jira and generate KPIs
• Lead Scrum events
• Identify and manage hardware dependencies to ensure end-to-end testing

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid understanding of ISTQB testing methodologies (indispensable)
• Experience in program management with a focus on software development, verification and validation, or quality assurance
• Proficiency in project management tools: Microsoft Tools, Confluence, and JIRA
• Knowledge of SAFe and Scrum methodologies
• Programming skills for automating tasks or performing calculations (primarily Python and Java)
• More than 1 year of experience in program management
• More than 1 year of experience in software testing
• Advanced English proficiency (indispensable)
