About the Company
Molecule is a modern ETRM platform serving energy trading companies across power, gas, renewables, and financial commodities.
Responsibilities
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of Implementation Engineers
- Owning quality and timeliness of all build team outputs including ETRM configuration, data loading, testing, reconciliation, and support
- Defining and maintaining the operating model between BAs and the technical team
- Resource allocation across concurrent implementations and support queues
- Driving continuous improvement by turning recurring issues into structural fixes
- Reporting on team throughput and implementation status to CS leadership
Requirements
- Hands-on background in energy, commodities, or financial services
- Experience with physical/financial trading, post-trade processes, or ETRM/CTRM
- Prior experience managing a technical delivery or implementation team in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Strong SQL skills for validating trade, position, and market data outputs
- Strong process orientation and ability to build structure
- Excellent written and spoken English
