Technical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the technical team while acting as an escalation point
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation
• Coach, mentor, and drive team performance and professional development
• Support hiring, training, and performance management processes
• Maintain service quality, SLAs, and updated procedures
• Ensure accurate tracking within ConnectWise
• Deliver hands-on client support and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Team Leader
• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD, DNS, O365, Exchange, and virtualization
• Proven experience working towards performance targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
• Technical expertise in networking (LAN/SAN/NAS experience is desirable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant vendor certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware
