Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more teams of developers working on projects
• Define project plans and ensure agreement with all stakeholders
• Manage processes and compliance to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality specifications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
• Create project tracking reports and conduct reviews
• Interact with clients for project management, reporting, and day-to-day relationship management

Requirements

• 6-8 years of total professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Leader role
• Hands-on experience with Python is required
• Good knowledge of Angular, React, or VueJS
• Demonstrable team management experience in complex environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and traditional project management principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• B.Tech, B.E., M.E., M.Tech., or MCA qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of full stack development
• Experience creating and reviewing project scopes of work
