Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a software development team, managing task assignments and sprint deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, and SQL Server.
• Drive Agile and Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure high code quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including BI, Database, and client integration teams.
• Utilize and promote AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance coding and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA and GitHub.
• Proven experience conducting technical design and code reviews.
• Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
