Technical Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing channels
• Build talent pipelines for Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, AI, and Security teams
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent analysis to inform hiring strategies
• Perform initial outreach and candidate qualification conversations to assess technical backgrounds
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market intelligence
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and track sourcing performance metrics

Requirements

• 3–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Proven expertise in sourcing technical talent (Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, or Product)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
• Experience working with ATS and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing talent across the UK and Europe
• Background working within SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI organizations
• Experience supporting high-growth technology companies
