Technical Talent Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy and understand specific hiring needs
• Drive full-cycle recruiting processes from initial sourcing to final candidate closing
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract diverse talent and incorporate inclusion throughout the hiring process
• Source active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, and networking events
• Manage high-volume recruitment to meet hiring goals while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience
• Present recruitment strategies, plans, and results to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure hiring teams adhere to established recruiting processes and procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years of recruiting experience within fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other social media platforms
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Working knowledge of recruiting KPIs, metrics, and reporting
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
