Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including Engineering, Product, Data, and AI teams
• Partner with hiring managers and divisional leaders to identify hiring needs and role requirements
• Drive hiring velocity by proactively managing pipelines and reducing time-to-fill
• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting technologies and automation tools to enhance sourcing and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in technical talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment or an agency supporting similar profiles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and high-volume pipelines (typically 5-15 roles simultaneously)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting specifically for AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
• Experience implementing or optimizing AI-driven recruiting workflows and talent intelligence platforms
• An affinity for data and software platforms to drive recruitment efficiencies
