Technical Systems Planner HKLS

Responsibilities

• Support project management in the execution of large-scale projects within the HKLS department
• Participate in and help shape integral, sustainable design, permit, and execution planning for HKLS using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Collaborate closely with all specialist departments including architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and site supervision
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal with a focus on climate-neutral planning and sustainable buildings

Requirements

• Completed training in technical systems planning for technical building equipment (TGA)
• Several years of professional experience in HKLS planning for large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD and Revit
• German language skills at B2 level or higher
• Enthusiasm for integral planning and sustainability topics
