Technical System Planner or Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Perform detail engineering and construction of building technology systems using CAD, with a focus on mechanical trades
• Create design and execution plans, as well as switching and control diagrams
• Prepare material take-offs and tender documentation
• Design and dimension technical system components
• Compile and organize technical documentation

Requirements

• Completed training as a System Planner, Technical Draftsman (specializing in HVAC/supply technology), or a comparable degree
• Practical experience in the field of technical building equipment (TGA)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD applications (specifically AutoCAD and Revit)
• Experience with specialized design software
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team
