Technical System Manager for Statistical Programming

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical configurations and solutions to support Biometrics and Pharmacometrics departments
• Translate business criteria into technical specifications for SaaS applications
• Manage system configurations either directly or through managed service providers and vendors
• Ensure all systems remain in a validated state and are inspection-ready for audits
• Oversee system support and serve as the primary escalation point for technical tickets
• Maintain operational oversight of SaaS vendors and facilitate end-user training
• Drive continuous improvement in technical capabilities, automation, and data flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT product teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in complex organizational environments
• Deep expertise with Statistical Computing Environments (SCE) within a pharmaceutical context
• Strong understanding of Biometrics processes and related systems
• Experience managing SaaS vendors and working within GxP processes
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure components beyond the application layer

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pharmacometrics Modelling Environments
• Experience with Clinical Data Visualization Platforms
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous business settings
