Responsibilities

  • Own technical customer cases end-to-end: reproduce, isolate, and resolve faults across app, backend, and customer networks
  • Debug integrations with German care documentation systems, including interface errors and schema mismatches
  • Untangle customer-side IT issues involving firewalls, proxies, certificates, and MDM-managed devices
  • Monitor system health using observability tools and act early on potential issues during evening and weekend shifts
  • Support critical incidents by driving resolution with Engineering and providing clear customer communication
  • Contribute to root-cause analyses, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles to prevent recurring issues

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Hands-on experience or strong foundation in observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Sentry)
  • Solid Windows and/or Linux fundamentals, including command line and log analysis
  • Good networking fundamentals (firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS/certificates)
  • Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
  • Reliable availability for a rotating shift schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Native or C2 level German fluency (required for customer interaction)
  • Good English skills for internal collaboration
