Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK shifts
- Assist customers with computing and communications devices and software
- Support sales-related technical inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
