About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Manage assistance requests via a ticketing system
  • Follow up on incidents and requests until resolution
  • Collaborate with existing teams to resolve complex incidents
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Significant first experience in a similar role
  • Excellent level of English (fluent or bilingual)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Rigorous approach to following existing procedures
  • Collaborative and motivated team player
