About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of automotive technical advisors
  • Provide remote technical assistance to dealership networks regarding diagnostics
  • Manage technical files, prioritizing Off-Road Vehicles to ensure rapid vehicle restoration
  • Coordinate field interventions by planning site visits with traveling engineers
  • Collect and transmit technical feedback to brand engineers for continuous product improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac + 2 in Automotive After-Sales Maintenance or equivalent with workshop experience
  • 2 to 3 years of team management experience
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and pedagogical approach
  • Operational English is a plus
