About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of automotive technical advisors
- Provide remote technical assistance to dealership networks regarding diagnostics
- Manage technical files, prioritizing Off-Road Vehicles to ensure rapid vehicle restoration
- Coordinate field interventions by planning site visits with traveling engineers
- Collect and transmit technical feedback to brand engineers for continuous product improvement
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 in Automotive After-Sales Maintenance or equivalent with workshop experience
- 2 to 3 years of team management experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and ticketing systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and pedagogical approach
- Operational English is a plus
