About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert service by answering client questions and performing basic troubleshooting of platform issues via calls, emails, and messages
  • Prioritize, manage, and resolve individual support cases within the ticketing system based on urgency and impact
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on owned cases to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
  • Effectively articulate and escalate complex issues to Technical Support Engineers while maintaining high documentation standards
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain product proficiency through continuous learning of technological advancements relevant to Zeta's products

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related support or service experience, ideally within the SaaS space
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies and tools, including HTML, XML, Web Services, and APIs
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix production environments, networking, and security concepts
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Active command of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-level programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, Ruby, Python, or AWS
  • Experience working with email marketing or digital marketing software
  • Ability to thrive in complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environments
  • Strong soft skills, including teamwork, proactivity, and high attention to detail
