About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide expert service by answering client questions and performing basic troubleshooting of platform issues via calls, emails, and messages
- Prioritize, manage, and resolve individual support cases within the ticketing system based on urgency and impact
- Proactively monitor and follow up on owned cases to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Effectively articulate and escalate complex issues to Technical Support Engineers while maintaining high documentation standards
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain product proficiency through continuous learning of technological advancements relevant to Zeta's products
Requirements
- 1+ years of related support or service experience, ideally within the SaaS space
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
- Basic knowledge of web technologies and tools, including HTML, XML, Web Services, and APIs
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix production environments, networking, and security concepts
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Active command of the English language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-level programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, Ruby, Python, or AWS
- Experience working with email marketing or digital marketing software
- Ability to thrive in complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environments
- Strong soft skills, including teamwork, proactivity, and high attention to detail
