About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for internal networks and resolve basic connectivity issues
- Handle SQL database queries and assist with basic data troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware problems quickly to minimize downtime
- Support POS/ERP systems, specifically cashier and kitchen modules, to ensure smooth functionality
- Deliver clear training sessions and presentations to clients and internal teams
- Provide professional assistance to clients and maintain accurate documentation in English
- Adapt to rotating shifts and occasional fieldwork assignments
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of internal networks, SQL databases, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with POS/ERP logic, including cashier and kitchen modules
- English proficiency at a B1 level for emails, chats, and record-keeping
- Strong soft skills, including patience, stress management, and presentation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and perform occasional fieldwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
