Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process ServiceDesk requests including prioritization, classification, and escalation to L2 in accordance with SLA requirements
• Manage user onboarding by preparing equipment, installing operating systems/software, and configuring workstations
• Provide hardware and software support through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Perform workstation maintenance, including system updates and component replacement
• Conduct PC diagnostics and repairs, coordinating with service maintenance when necessary
• Support peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, and conference systems
• Maintain accurate asset management records for all issued and received equipment

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and computer system principles
• Administration-level proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Proven experience working with ServiceDesk systems
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, and network equipment configuration)
• Experience configuring and supporting peripheral equipment
• English proficiency at an A2 level or higher
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and team discipline
