Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support to workshops and after-sales departments.
• Perform diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Advise on the proper use of automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Document technical cases and follow up on recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to solve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Technical degree or engineering in Automotive, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or a related field.
• Previous experience in automotive technical support or after-sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and maintenance (preventive and corrective).
• Proficiency with automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Analytical skills, strong communication, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Availability to travel 80% of the time.
