About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find resolutions for partner requests to ensure seamless experiences.
- Review partner queries and develop creative solutions to streamline their requirements.
- Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team to improve product offerings and processes.
- Meet critical SLAs, including response times and lead times for issue resolutions.
- Support partners as they expand their use of the Insider platform.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical product support, ideally within SaaS, MIS, or Software Development teams.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of other programming languages.
- Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
- Experience building relationships with customers at the executive level.
