About the role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and find resolutions for partner requests to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Review partner queries and develop creative solutions to streamline their requirements.
  • Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team to improve product offerings and processes.
  • Meet critical SLAs, including response times and lead times for issue resolutions.
  • Support partners as they expand their use of the Insider platform.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical product support, ideally within SaaS, MIS, or Software Development teams.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of other programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
  • Experience building relationships with customers at the executive level.
