About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support seamless experiences for partners by troubleshooting technical issues and finding resolutions for requests
  • Review partner queries and develop creative solutions to streamline their requirements
  • Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team to improve processes and product offerings
  • Meet critical SLAs, including response times and lead times for issue resolutions
  • Help partners overcome technical struggles while expanding their use of the Insider One platform

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical product support, ideally in SaaS, or experience in MIS/Software Development teams
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and a systematic approach to follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HTML or CSS
  • Familiarity with other programming languages
