About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage department budgets and inventories to ensure efficient resource control and supply replenishment
- Generate and track purchase orders to maintain necessary stock and equipment
- Provide general technical support to internal users and manage Internal Service Reports (RSI)
- Participate in developing departmental improvements and process optimizations
- Maintain high levels of satisfaction for internal stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with IT Administration Systems
- Experience working with Inventory Systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Help Desk and Technical Support roles
- Strong customer service skills for end-user interaction
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities
