About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage department budgets and inventories to ensure efficient resource control and supply replenishment
  • Generate and track purchase orders to maintain necessary stock and equipment
  • Provide general technical support to internal users and manage Internal Service Reports (RSI)
  • Participate in developing departmental improvements and process optimizations
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction for internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with IT Administration Systems
  • Experience working with Inventory Systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Help Desk and Technical Support roles
  • Strong customer service skills for end-user interaction
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
