About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers
- Guide customers through fault recovery processes
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve complex incidents
- Manage and monitor the operation of corporate systems
- Analyze technical requests and provide immediate, effective solutions
- Diagnose and resolve technical connectivity issues
Requirements
- University degree in a STEM field
- Up to 2 years of previous work experience
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 applications
