Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers

  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve complex incidents
  • Manage and monitor the operation of corporate systems
  • Analyze technical requests and provide immediate, effective solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve technical connectivity issues

Requirements

  • University degree in a STEM field
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of Office 365 applications
