Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support of IT tools for end-users and IT project owners
• Act as liaison between the client and appropriate resolver teams
• Create and manage IT platforms on behalf of users and resolver teams
• Provide initial response to requesters using predetermined processes and SLAs
• Perform fault isolation and escalate as required
• Use collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams and Webcasting
• Handle on-site incident and request resolution and ticket closure
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests
• Help create technical documentation and manuals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Service Desk, IT support centre, or 1st/2nd line support
• Working knowledge of office automation products and general software
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak (spoken and written)
• German language skills are a plus
• Must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
