  • Assist customers via phone and email

  • Develop ideas with the engineering team to improve software solutions
  • Monitor email support tickets and respond or re-assign accordingly
  • Receive, install, and ship equipment for customer orders

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Great writing skills
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of customer service
  • Ability to take direction and show individual initiative
  • Located in Las Vegas, NV, or ready to relocate
  • Ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing software support
  • Experience working in or with retail businesses
  • Experience or interest in working with Linux
