Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Write tutorials about certain software features
- Develop ideas with the engineering team to improve software solutions
- Monitor email support tickets and respond or re-assign accordingly
- Receive, install, and ship equipment for customer orders
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Great writing skills
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of customer service
- Ability to take direction and show individual initiative
- Located in Las Vegas, NV, or ready to relocate
- Ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing software support
- Experience working in or with retail businesses
- Experience or interest in working with Linux
