Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding technical issues
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems
• Track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits
• Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Maintain detailed records of customer issues and solution strategies for future reference

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving industry processes
