About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via email, phone, and online chat
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and optimize golf course operations
- Escalate technical incidents to relevant departments and report bugs to the development team
- Maintain accurate case logs and documentation in line with internal processes
- Contribute to the creation of self-service tools and guidance for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and share knowledge
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused role within the technology sector
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
- Strong call handling and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with excellent time management and autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- A passion for sports and sports technology
