Technical Support Specialist, BIM

Responsibilities

• Respond to BIM 360 and Forma support requests via phone, chat, and web
• Prioritize critical technical issues and monitor service level compliance
• Document support interactions and research product defects in a case management system
• Manage customer and account team expectations by providing timely progress updates
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Autodesk Knowledge Network
• Influence product management and development by providing feedback on product improvements
• Participate in proactive support activities such as webinars, training, or community Q&A

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related field
• 2+ years of experience in the BIM industry
• Proficiency or familiarity with Forma or BIM-related software (Field, Glue, Plan, Docs) in a production environment
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) products
• Additional language skills
