About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to BIM 360 and Forma support requests via phone, chat, and web
- Prioritize critical technical issues and monitor service level compliance
- Document support interactions and research product defects in a case management system
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Autodesk Knowledge Network
- Influence product management and development by providing feedback on product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related field
- 2+ years of BIM industry experience
- Proficiency or familiarity using Forma/BIM related software (Field, Glue, Plan, Docs) in a production environment
- Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) products
- Additional language skills
