About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical training to customers on CareFusion products, including operations, maintenance, and safety guidelines
- Conduct product installation and clinical training directly at customer sites
- Facilitate customer understanding of equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Gather and report feedback from end-users regarding product performance and quality issues to engineering and internal departments
- Assist with new product evaluations and clinical trials
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, service departments, and manufacturing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and competitive advantages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of three years of call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with healthcare professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working with customers and healthcare professionals in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to utilize CRM systems and web-based training programs
