Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD support requests from customers via phone and web
• Prioritize critical technical issues and monitor service level compliance
• Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system
• Research, verify, and document product defects
• Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on progress
• Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base quality
• Collaborate with peers to analyze customer activity trends and contribute to the Autodesk Knowledge Network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years of industry experience
• Proficiency or familiarity using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical software in a production environment
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional AutoCAD verticals
• Experience with Enterprise workflows
• Additional language skills
