Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and technically sound support via email, chat, and video calls
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve product issues and document bugs for Engineering
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Contribute to the Help Center, FAQs, and internal documentation in Notion and Guru
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Attio’s functionality, APIs, and integrations
- Partner with customers to understand goals, workflows, and data models to provide strategic solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer support or technical support role for a SaaS product
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Ability to troubleshoot APIs, AI, CRMs, and workflow tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive learning mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zapier, Intercom, or Linear
- Experience providing live phone support or running customer workshops
