Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 technical support via TSD, analyzing and resolving complex problems related to power generation equipment
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement solutions to improve fleet performance and reliability
• Develop Kaizen studies and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and operational cost reduction
• Monitor operational costs, support commercial P&L, and contribute to budget planning for materials and services
• Support commissioning and preventive/corrective maintenance while collaborating with suppliers and OEMs

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or related fields
• Advanced technical knowledge in power generation, specifically in electrical and control systems
• Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen
• Intermediate proficiency in English and/or Spanish
• Availability for approximately 20% travel
