About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound technical support in an international BPO environment
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Manage and close calls independently
- Utilize convincing and sales skills to meet objectives
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience specifically in Outbound Tech Support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Immediate availability preferred
