About the role

Responsibilities

  • Debug production issues and challenges
  • Manage application support and application security
  • Work with DevOps teams when required
  • Support vendor onboarding and management processes
  • Execute L1, L2, and L3 support and operational tasks
  • Perform regular follow-ups and escalate issues to management when necessary

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support
  • Mandatory technical understanding of Salesforce for financial services
  • Knowledge of APIs and Salesforce functionality
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Familiarity with application security practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree in a relevant field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with DevOps tools and processes
