About the role
Responsibilities
- Debug production issues and challenges
- Manage application support and application security
- Work with DevOps teams when required
- Support vendor onboarding and management processes
- Execute L1, L2, and L3 support and operational tasks
- Perform regular follow-ups and escalate issues to management when necessary
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support
- Mandatory technical understanding of Salesforce for financial services
- Knowledge of APIs and Salesforce functionality
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Familiarity with application security practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in a relevant field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with DevOps tools and processes
