About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK processes
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US markets
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Provide technical assistance to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closures
- Immediate availability to join
- Experience in technical support or BPO environments
