Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support via voice process
- Handle customer queries during US night shifts
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance to consumers and small businesses

- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- High school diploma or graduation
- Ability to work night shifts
