Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers via voice process
- Handle technical queries related to computing and communications devices and software
- Maintain high service standards within a BPO environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound processes preferred
- Ability to work night shifts
- High school diploma or graduation
- Age between 18 to 30 years
