Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Handle voice process communications effectively
- Work within assigned night shift schedules
Requirements
- High School or Graduate degree
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound (preferred for Inbound Tech Process)
- Ability to join immediately
- Age between 18 to 30
