About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate support plans
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Experience in closing calls and meeting sales targets
