Responsibilities

  • Execute technical deployments and rollouts for POS systems and related projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues including hardware and network problems
  • Perform IP configuration and hardware setup for deployed systems
  • Support, guide, and mentor deployed intern technicians
  • Represent the intern team in client interactions and resolve service concerns
  • Assist with internal office technical needs and basic maintenance
  • Procure necessary tools and support broader operations projects

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS and Android systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for tracking and documentation
  • Working understanding of IP networking and hardware setup
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, and organized with good time management
