Responsibilities
- Execute technical deployments and rollouts for POS systems and related projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues including hardware and network problems
- Perform IP configuration and hardware setup for deployed systems
- Support, guide, and mentor deployed intern technicians
- Represent the intern team in client interactions and resolve service concerns
- Assist with internal office technical needs and basic maintenance
- Procure necessary tools and support broader operations projects
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS and Android systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for tracking and documentation
- Working understanding of IP networking and hardware setup
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and organized with good time management
