About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Support Engineers to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Hire, develop, and train a strong team of technical experts
  • Manage key performance metrics including CSAT, Initial Response, SLA, and Time to Resolution
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure customer success
  • Refine support processes and use data to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a people management role
  • Experience supporting data platforms in an enterprise environment
  • Strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
  • Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and CDW environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a team for a SaaS product
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Knowledge of GCP and AWS
  • Previous startup experience
