Technical Support Manager, PC

Responsibilities

• Provide project technical support for the Central China Protective Coatings market, including preparing coating systems and technical documentation.
• Conduct technical visits to projects and customers to resolve technical problems and provide clarifications.
• Support the Power segment by collecting market information and following up on wind turbine company specification developments.
• Deliver technical training and seminars to sales teams, distributors, and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Science & Technology, Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure comprehensive technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills.
• Industry background in coatings, equipment, or relevant industry codes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as AMPP, FROSIO, or equivalent.
• Direct experience within the wind power blade industry.
