Technical Support KPI Management and Maintenance Process Optimization Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Improve detailed functional specifications for the Qlik tool to measure KPIs across all technologies
• Coordinate the collection and reporting of KPIs for presentations to the PSS executive board
• Enhance functional specifications for JIRA and associated processes to manage Agnet maintenance package deliveries
• Coordinate and manage the final delivery stages of Agnet maintenance releases

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BAC +3 degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Qlik, JIRA, Confluence, and BMC Remedy
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French (comfortable leading meetings and writing documentation)
• Strong ability to synthesize information for managerial meetings
