Technical Support, Integration and Deployment

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and plan the deployment of EPC solutions
• Provide technical product support for Mavenir products and systems
• Run scripts and execute commands to deploy, test, and troubleshoot virtualized PACO node functions
• Diagnose and debug complex issues reported by customers
• Manage the installation and deployment of Mavenir PACO solutions
• Track and resolve technical issues within established SLAs
• Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore colleagues and clients

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in technical support or product support
• Expertise in 4G and 5G Packet Core components, including vEPC (vSAEGW, vMME) and 5GC (AMF, UPF, SMF)
• Strong knowledge of PCRF, DNS, and CGNAT
• Deep understanding of 3GPP standards and telecom technologies such as VoLTE and VoWiFi
• Proficiency with mobility call flows (GGSN, SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW)
• Experience with cloud environments and onboarding v-EPC solutions
• Hands-on knowledge of RHOSP, Docker, Containers, or Kubernetes
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
