About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls from customers and resolve issues regarding printers, routers, and email
  • Support customer queries and provide necessary assistance
  • Report directly to the team lead
  • Perform proactive work to ensure service quality

Requirements

  • Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills
  • Experience in International Voice or BPO (inbound/outbound) is an advantage
  • Ability to work rotational and night shifts (8:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
  • Age between 18-32 years
