Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS processes
  • Handle UK Telecom call blocker processes
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and digital channels

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
  • Previous BPO experience preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Immediate availability to join
