Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS processes
- Handle UK Telecom call blocker processes
- Deliver high-quality technical assistance to customers
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Previous BPO experience preferred
- Ability to join immediately
