Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Provide technical assistance to consumers and small businesses

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
  • Immediate availability to join
  • Experience in technical support processes
